Engram refers to the physical trace of a memory in your brain.
I’m drawing my inspiration for jewelry in the aesthetics of science, for which, unlike jewelry, I have formal (extensive) training. In my daily life, I am studying the mechanisms of memory formation in the brain in a research lab in New York City. I often come across plots and patterns, images of neurones and various brain pictures : graphic depictions of scientific results and nature realities. Letting my scientific mind apart, I indulge in the pure beauty of their looks, which I try to convey in my jewelry.
